A beautiful large vintage Rimini Blu ceramic vase designed by Aldo Londi for Bitossi, Italy, dating from the 1960s.

This striking Mid-Century piece features the iconic Rimini Blu turquoise-blue glaze, with deep blue and subtle green tones. The entire surface is richly decorated with hand-impressed geometric patterns, stylized floral motifs and raised relief bands, creating an exceptional sense of depth and texture.

The glossy crystalline glaze beautifully highlights the intricate relief decoration, while the variations in colour and finish are characteristic of the handmade nature of these Italian ceramics.

A particularly impressive large-size example, making it a wonderful statement piece as well as a highly collectible addition to a Bitossi or Italian Mid-Century ceramics collection.
